Mr. Ashby trained as a doctor in Birmingham qualifying in 1974. His general
surgical training continued both in the United Kingdom & at the Groote Schuur
Hospital in Capetown, South Africa.
He was awarded his FRCS by the Royal College
of Surgeons in London in 1982.
His training in plastic surgery occurred in units at Cambridge, the North East
of England and in London. It totals 6 years and 5 months. Mr. Peter Ashby is on

He regularly attends courses, workshops and conferences in the UK, USA and
Europe to ensure ongoing continual medical education.
